Youth Choir

The aim of this Youth Choir is to grow and develop students to become musically passionate, musically literate, and musically confident so our next generation can lift up their voice in skill, joy, and courage unto the Lord.

At Christ the King Academy, we aim to serve parents as you seek to fulfill the command of holy scripture to raise your children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. Here at the academy, music is not an elective, nor is it an optional activity but rather a foundational component of effective and Christ-exalting education.

This Youth Choir is a great opportunity for the myriad of different Christians in our community to come together and learn how to sing psalms, hymns, and spirituals songs that the Word of Christ might dwell richly in the hearts of our children.

Our hope and prayer is that your students will passionately embrace the joy of the Psalmist in Psalm 33 when he declares all God’s people should “…Sing to the Lord a new song and play skillfully with a shout of joy!

Choir & Homeschool students

The Christ the King Academy Choir is open to homeschool families!

If you or someone you know would benefit from learning to sing skillfully unto the Lord, please join us!

There will be a small fee for homeschooling or other non-CKA student families: $25 per student with a maximum of $60 per family.

If the fee is going to be prohibitive, please select “Yes” under the form scholarship assistance and we will help with financial assistance.

We would love to see our local homeschool community invest their vast skills into this project. Space will be limited so please sign up as soon as possible.
